DOC is In is a platform that connects patients with doctors, allowing patients to view doctor availability and receive notifications when it's their turn to be seen. The App provides real-time updates on doctor availability and patient queue numbers.

3.1. Doctors may register accounts to manage their availability and patient queues.
3.2. Patients do not need to create accounts but may save preferences locally on their devices.
3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. User Conduct

4.1. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the App.
4.2. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or any system or network connected to the App.
4.3. Doctors agree to provide accurate information about their availability and services.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
6.2. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
6.3. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
